We've created this half-day or full-day experience to help people like YOU who want to get started with freediving but don't know where to begin. We'll take you by the hand and show you everything you need to know about the sport in a fun and relaxed environment!

Incl: gear, theory briefing/material, breathing/relaxation skills, confined & open water practice, and cool photos. Freediving certification only for one day option.
